Grassroots Leadership was founded in January 2024 after research into leadership development in medium-sized organisations.
The research concluded that many of these businesses have limited resources to provide new leaders with the training and support they require to become successful in their roles.

With over thirty years of international experience leading teams in local government, professional sports, emergency services, education, and more recently, corrective services, Shane is passionate about developing leaders with the skills required to build effective teams, motivate workers and drive business performance.

Shane's professional experience is underpinned by extensive academic study, ensuring that Grassroots Leadership delivers and support's you through your skills development milestones.
